Welcome to ENGAGE: A Summit for Disruptive D2C Brands (“the Event”), organized and managed by Kreative Digitals (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our website (www.engagecommerce.co) or purchasing a ticket to attend the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before registering or participating.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or participating in ENGAGE, you agree to these Terms and our accompanying policies:

  • Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy
  • Privacy Policy
  • Code of Conduct (if applicable)

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register or attend the event.

2. Eligibility

Participation in ENGAGE is open to founders, investors, partners, and professionals approved by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke access to anyone at its sole discretion.

3. Event Access and Ticketing

Your ticket grants you entry to ENGAGE sessions, networking areas, and activities based on your ticket category. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances but may be transferred once as per our Transfer Policy. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, or duplicated. Any violation may result in cancellation without refund. You must carry valid government ID proof and digital or printed event pass for entry.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or relocate any session, speaker, or agenda item at any time without prior notice. Such modifications do not entitle attendees to any refund or compensation.

5. Conduct and Professional Behavior

To ensure a safe and professional environment for all attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully with other participants, speakers, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or eject any person violating these principles.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All event content, including logos, designs, presentations, photographs, and videos, are the intellectual property of Kreative Digitals or respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any event materials without prior written consent. Speakers retain the rights to their own presentations and shared materials.

7. Photography, Videography & Media Usage

By attending ENGAGE, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. The Organizer may use this material in promotional content, advertising, or post-event publications without additional consent or compensation. If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform the registration desk upon arrival.

8. Sponsorships & Partnerships

Any sponsor or partner collaborations are governed by separate agreements. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement by the Organizer, and each sponsor remains responsible for its products or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ENGAGE and its related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of event content, the availability of any specific speaker or session, or the outcomes derived from attending the event. You participate at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions, travel expenses, or injury.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics), the Organizer may postpone or reschedule the event without liability or obligation for refunds.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kreative Digitals, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from: (a) your violation of these Terms, or (b) your actions or behavior at the event.

13. Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate access to the event or remove any participant at its discretion if any behavior or activity violates these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
