1. General Policy Overview
By purchasing a ticket to ENGAGE: A Summit for Disruptive D2C Brands (“the Event”), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined below. This policy governs all ticket purchases, transfers, cancellations, and event modifications. The event is organized by Kreative Digitals (“the Organizer”). All attendees are expected to read and understand this policy prior to completing their ticket purchase.
2. No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases for ENGAGE are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Personal schedule conflicts, illness, travel delays, or visa issues.
- Changes in speaker line-up, agenda, or venue.
- Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Failure to attend the event for any reason.
The Organizer incurs significant upfront costs for venue, logistics, and arrangements; hence, once a booking is confirmed, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued.

In the rare event that ENGAGE is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure, the ticket shall automatically be valid for the new date.
- No refunds shall be processed.
- The Organizer will notify all attendees via official email and website updates.
5. Event Cancellation
If the event is permanently cancelled by the Organizer, attendees will be offered a full refund of the base ticket price (excluding processing fees, if applicable).
However, if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, or public emergencies), refund decisions will be at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
6. Substitution of Speakers or Schedule Changes
ENGAGE is a curated summit featuring multiple high-profile speakers. The Organizer reserves the right to:
- Substitute speakers, modify session topics, or alter the agenda.
- Change the venue within the same city if required for operational or safety reasons.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund or ticket transfer.
7. No-Show Policy
If a registered attendee fails to attend the event (in whole or in part), no refunds or credits shall be issued. The attendee shall forfeit any benefits, access, or materials associated with the ticket.

The Organizer assumes no liability for any personal loss, injury, or damages incurred during attendance, including travel or accommodation expenses related to the event.
